A bit out of date order, but things get out of order when travelling - certainly never know the day and photos got very confusing when the camera date didn't get altered. Discovered some were being listed as taken the next day!
Anyhow, in between Zion and Bryce, we drove 2hrs there and back to the North Rim. Couldn't not visit when it was so close. A very different viewing this time as last 5 times (North and South) were hot and sunny. Got mist and cloud this time but made it very atmospheric
Same problem as with any photos of Grand Canyon - gives no idea at all of the sheer vastness of it all. Only if you have been does it make any sense - and even then you forget what it was you saw. So each time it is just as gob smackingly enormous!
